ESENCID Composition :

Mode of Action Of ESENCID :

• Increases the bacterial cell permeability which facilitates the organic acids RCOOH to enter the cell. The RCOOH gets disintegrated into RCOO and H+ ions.
• RCOO penetrates into the DNA and destroys it, whereas the H+ ions lowers the pH and provides a favourable environment for microbial destruction.
• Microencapsulated organic acids which are encapsulated by a fat matrix are acted upon by lipase in the GIT and results in the sustained release of the active components throughout the intestinal tract.
• Formic acid is released in the crop and stomach-Citric and Lactic acids are released in the small intestine. The microencapsulated acids are released in the small and large intestines.
• The action of ESENCID is throughout the foregut and hindgut which makes it very effective.
